I Corinthians 6: 12-20

The body is not meant for sexual immortality . . . Flee from sexual immortality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.

Abstinence is not only practiced to please yourself, but also, to please God. The Bible states that pre-marital sex is wrong and is considered adultry because you are not having sex with someone you are married to. It is wrong to have sex when you are not married.

Pray for strength to be abstinent.
