Ways to decide if you want to smoke.

  1. Think about the health risks that are involved with smoking not only for yourself but for those around you.

  2. Write up a list of all the things you already spend money on and the things you’d like to spend money on in the future.

  3. Think about all the movies you seen with the cool smoking guy and then come up with all the movies where the guy got the girl that didn’t smoke, there are a lot of them.

  4. Write of list of why you want to smoke and go over it with your friends.

  5. Talk to your friends that don’t smoke and discuss the health issues and the reasons why they have decided not to smoke.

  6. Find adults that don’t smoke and talk to them about why they don’t smoke. 

  7. Get involved in sports and other activities that will make you not want to smoke.

  8. Think of the different things you enjoy doing like playing a sport and remember that you smoking could impair your performance at these tasks.
