Perceptions of technology and teaching/researching with technology often reflect the following claims:

• humanists "don't get their hands dirty"
• the message is the same; only the medium changes
• use of multimedia is at best, decorative, and at worst, just play

How might we go about altering these perceptions through a spatial hypertextual praxis?
